The program features seven teams across five competitive titles, all competing in organized collegiate leagues, including the NJCAAE. While competition remains an important part of what we do, it represents just one piece of a much larger ecosystem designed to support student growth, opportunity, and engagement. BC Esports continues to expand its academic and experiential offerings. Our production and casting team launches this season, giving students hands-on experience in broadcasting, commentary, and live event production. These opportunities pair directly with our Esports academic courses, which are available not only to college students but also through dual enrollment for local high school students, helping build early pathways into Esports and related careers. The program is further supported by our Esports Honors Program, which recognizes students who demonstrate leadership, excellence, and commitment while engaging deeply with esports as an academic and professional pursuit. It encourages them to push further to achieve greatness in their academic endeavors. We opened our state-of-the-art Esports Lab just this past October. Designed to support in-person competitive LAN play, live productions, and casting, the lab provides students with an environment that mirrors industry standards and encourages collaboration, professionalism, and innovation. Looking ahead, BC will host Legends Fest on March 20th and 21st, a multi-day Esports and gaming convention that brings together players, creators, students, and the broader community. The event reflects the scale of what BC Esports has become and the direction it continues to grow.
