MAEC League of Legends Finals Details

The MAEC League of Legends Finals is the championship for Collegiate Varsity Programs in the Mid-Atlantic Esports Conference. Kicks off on April 26th and concludes on April 27th. The event is a live in-person experience and venue is TBA. Join us for exciting matchups and cheer on your favorite players and universities throughout the weekend:

Format

  • Regular Season - Double Round Robin - Best of 3
  • Playoffs - Double Elimination - Best of 3
  • Grand Finals - Best of 3

Regular Season

  • Double Round Robin, playing each team twice
  • Best of 3

Playoffs

  • Top 8 qualify for Playoffs
  • Double Elimination Playoffs seeded by performance in Regular Season
  • Higher seed gets “Team A” or Team B” choice
  • Best of 3

Grand Finals

  • Higher seed gets “Team A” or Team B” choice
  • Best of 3
